Is your Practice ready for the Cyber Season?
It’s never too early to start planning and prepping for the largest shopping holiday of the year – and DentalStores is here to help.
Over the next month, nearly every business will offer discounts and incentives to shop, but whether it’s due to a time crunch, or a global pandemic, it is expected that consumers will opt to do a good chunk of their purchases online versus in physical stores and spaces. We here at DentalStores want to help you get involved and offer patients and their loved ones, the best professional dental products and services to brighten their holiday and their smiles.
Offer Specials on Treatments
Everyone wants to look and feel good, especially around the holidays. While social gatherings may be much smaller, or virtual, so why not use this time to offer specials on whitening, clear aligners or even your Dental Membership plans! These offers can be a gift for themselves or someone else on their list.
Up the Stakes
To drive awareness, consider running a giveaway or contest on your social media platforms on Black Friday or Cyber Monday. Encourage patients/followers to like, share and comment to enter to win. Giveaway ideas include discount on memberships, free whitening, product bundle, etc. Tip: this is also a great way to gain awareness, new patients/followers, email signups and potential reviews.
Show Some Local Love
Shoppers are searching for ways to support local businesses now more than ever. Use this time of holiday cheer to showcase your local pride and contributions – food drive, clothing drive, etc. (Great idea for Small Business Saturday.) While this may not add to your bottom line, it is a nice way bring awareness to your community involvement and the causes that you support. You can even give away local gift certificates to restaurants, stores, salons, spas, etc alongside your dental products/services.
Be an Early Bird
An early start is essential! If you are considering offering discounts or specials for Black Friday/Cyber Monday (BFCM), we suggest putting them on social media a few days in advance to give your patients/followers time to pick and choose and get excited about their purchase. You can also use email marketing, blog posts and social media countdowns to keep up the excitement.
Enjoy and Happy Holidays!
